Farewell, my dear followers. (brb)

Tonight is my last night in the United States as I head out tomorrow for my year long deployment in Afghanistan, and I just wanted to say thank you to all of you and let you know it’s been a blast. There are truly some great people on here, and that’s every one of my followers. I was hoping to get maybe 100 followers by the time I left, but it seems a lot more people share our affliction than I had previously thought, and I just broke 200 followers a few minutes ago.

I will for sure be lurking around tonight and all of tomorrow, but I won’t be able to post. Theres no question that the blog will continue, the only question is when. Needless to say, I hope to be back as soon as possible. The internet situation is uncertain.

My plan is to turn the blog into a beautiful mix of all things horror, creepy, and paranormal, just as it is now, but with a new blend of personal deployment pictures, because I know those genres make a perfect combination.
